Main Street Dental Clinic of Blooming Prairie is located off Highway 218 and Main Street (Map).   The Blooming Prairie Office is home to Dr. John M. Flor and Dr. Chad Hanson. The Blooming Prairie Clinic is fully staffed to provide complete and comprehensive dental care for the entire family. Drs’ Flor and Hanson are also available for patients who need emergency services.  The Blooming Prairie office is open 6 days a week and Monday and Thursday evenings (Office Hours). We are able to submit claims to most dental insurance companies on your behalf, and we are considered providers for certain dental insurance companies as well (Insurance Providers).
